Shipping Info:

We ship all over the world.  Free Shipping in the US!  Shipping to Canada is $6.50.  For all other countries in the world, shipping is $25.00.  We use USPS for our shipping carrier.  

We ship Monday through Saturday.  We ship quickly and efficiently, usually within 24 hours.  Please note that all items from our "Special Order" department take 4 weeks to ship.  All Special Order items are clearly marked on the item description page for your convenience.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover / Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards.This includes all card types that are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, ete. We also accept PayPal.

Return Policy:

If you need to return an item, please email us at customerservice@jewelrysprout.com within 30 days of purchase and let us know that you would like to return the product.  We cannot refund if you contact us after 30 days of date of purchase.  We must receive the item/items within 30 days of purchase date.  We cannot refund if we receive the item/items after 30 days of purchase date.  For orders under $80.00, we withhold a $5.00 restocking fee.  For orders over $80.00, we withhold a $10.00 restocking fee.  We cannot refund shipping charges.  The product will be refunded minus the restocking fee, and minus the shipping charges.
